The Grand Tournalin Refuge offers its guests rooms furnished in wood for 4 up to 8 people for larger groups. Furthermore, a bar and restaurant service is carried out with great attention to the Aosta Valley tradition of taste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

THE RESTAURANT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Inside, the Grand Tournalin Refuge has a large restaurant room that can accommodate up to a maximum of 80 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kitchen offers typical dishes of the Aosta Valley tradition, prepared with care, as tradition dictates, on the wood stove; from the classic polenta to apple pies and the tart with Ayas wholemeal flour, cooked in a wood oven. Polenta and carbonada is the main dish, but particular attention goes to the cheeses of the Fromagerie Haut Val d\u2019Ayas<\/a> and the goat cheeses of the goats that graze in the meadows around the refuge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A welcoming bar is available to guests, where they can taste: drinks, excellent beers, such as\u00a0La\u00a0Bi\u00e8re d’Ayas<\/strong>\u00a0(km0 beer produced in the village) and the\u00a0Valdostana craft beer\u00a0”\u00a0Les Bi\u00e8res du Grand St. Bernard<\/a>\u00a0\u201d (try the g\u00e9n\u00e9py beer that goes well with our cakes),\u00a0\u00a0grappas and liqueurs from\u00a0Valle d’Aosta\u00a0\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Grand Tournalin Hut has\u00a045 beds\u00a0divided into rooms with\u00a04<\/strong> to 8 beds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rooms are furnished in wood and have a view of the mountains of our splendid valley, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
